The main aim of the institution is to prepare best graduate to assume responsibilities as professional competent nurse and slid wive in providing preventive, curative and rehabilitative services. They are also expected to assume the role teacher, supervisor and manager clinical /public health setting and educational institution of nursing.
The biggest Challenge for nurse educators to day is to prepare graduate nurse who are capable of facing emerging challenge and technological advancements in field of modern medicine In practice nurse needs to be knowledgeable , skillful and should process a right attitude to function as care given communicator, advisor, leader and educator.
